Hello everyone please stay away from this hotel the worst hotel i say in my life 🤮. I was travelling to Hyderabad on 17 I booked a stay in this hotel using fab stay pictures was good in app ratings was good so we trusted the stay . I reached hotel early before checking time .no was at reception asked a guy near for reception person he said wait person will come now we sat on reception like 30min then again ask for reception then the same guy came and asked online booking i said yes then asked for id and demanded extra cash for early checkin and i paid got in to room The room story is different unclean and. Worst washroom. They don’t have toiletries and towel . I saw spit stain in the wall and unclean non hygienic room.i ask room service no reply and got down asked for towel the staff boy he said me to wait and he on other work i was supposed to wait for him . Omg the worst experience and charged so much money. I think oyo gives good service in good price Request do go to this hotel

The issue to local health authorities or the hotel's corporate office to ensure that proper measures are taken to address the problem and prevent it from happening to other guests. When choosing a hotel in the future, it's always a good idea to research the hotel's reputation and read reviews from other guests before making a reservation to avoid such unpleasant experiences. Worst experience in the rooms there are lot of bed bucks in the room don't waste your money by joining the hotel. bed Sheets are not clean or non washed sheets .

Starting with the Google location everything was bad about this place. The rooms were badly maintained, looks like some PG accomodation where people didn't care about how the place was maintained. Bathrooms were like public toilets, very shabby and ill maintained, doors didn't have knobs or were broken, cupboard doors were missing. So many things amiss, you can go on and on. Finally I chose not to check in after looking at the rooms. I avoided the experience of getting served there. Would not recommend even for solo traveller.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
