        Was nothing less than a terrible stay. Dirty stinking bedsheets with multiple stains. The hotel staff was non cooperative and no toiletries or drinking water was supplied

        Rooms where very spacious.. But bathroom was very smelly... Moreover, bed sheets were not clean enough.. Seems that they have kept the same bed sheet which was used by previous guests.. Need lot of improvement in room cleanliness and bathroom maintenance..

        Oyo is nowadays totally irresponsible. They didn't bothered to answer my complaints. The hotel charged their flat rates and not the discounted rates provided by oyo. The bed sheets and towels were too dirty. The room and bathroom was not cleaned. They have limited choice of food, will serve you poor quality food at higher rates and at the same time they don't allow outside food. Bed coffee is available only after 8.30 am which is very funny. TV doesn't work properly and the power supply is interrupted 100 s of times. No body will come to clean your room or bathroom. I don't know how these people are running this and what their intentions are like. Only thing is that the room is big enough and very close to the ankamaly town. Altogether it was a mind blowing experience.

        Families, please stay away!!! My genuine review of this accommodation based on what I found 2 days back.... 1. Dirty and haunted place 2. Building and passages are dark (unlike you see in pics) 3. Untidy rooms with broken walls & ceilings. Dirty walls.. 4. Bathroom flush do not work and no lights in bathroom (public toilet experience!) 5. Attached Bar making this place suitable for people who wants drink and have fun in rooms 6. And a fraud hotel manager/caretaker Stay away to stay safe....

        Just reached the reception and the staff was way too rude. Although as per their rules we were late and we didn't know of it we were almost chased away. The staff insulted us in a roundabout manner. But yeah it's the rules and we followed. They could have said it in a mild manner. No hospitality at the front so what does one expect for everything else. Nice cushions though.

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.
          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
          Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

          User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.
          Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.
          User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.
          Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.
          Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.
          If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

          Modification and Reschedule Policy
          Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.
          After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
