        My brother have booked rooms for 2 night through OYO and prepaid. When arrived the hotel declined check in and said they don't have any rooms. Talking to OYO the property owner agreed to accommodate in another property on the top of a supermarket. After check-in we noticed the room was extremely fifty and full of mosquitoes . OYO completely ignored the call and refused to find another accommodation and refused any refund Property owner was rude. Didn't even want to talk Absolutely disgusting Beware of this scammers!!!

        The staff was friendly and has a good room. But charged me extra 300 than the rate shown in oyo. The room had a little smell. But other than that everything was good.

        We had a booking through Agoda for this Hotel . We informed them that we will checkin only by 8 pm . But when we as a family with parents came in, the guy at the reception was so rude and he informed that there is no room available . I asked him to talk to his manager and I overheard that he telling the manager that he gave the booked room to someone else based on the words of the manager . Spoke to manager and he was another rude guy The guy at the reception was so rude even if my parents were with me who came for doctor consultation in Cochin .. I saw an another couple sitting at reception with the same issue where they gave the room booked by them to someone else Worst place to be in and can’t trust if they will keep the room even if we book it online well in advance .. I wouldn’t suggest this hotel to anyone .

        The room was spacious and clean including the washroom,how ever they did charge me extra even though the oyo customer executive said there won't be any extra charges

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.
          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
          Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

          Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.
          User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.
          Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.
          Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.
          If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night.           Modification and Reschedule Policy
          Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.
          After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
