Gone there on Dec 25,Horrible place , Very dirty & filthy hotel, No shower, No Hot Water, No TV , Dirty walls , Lift stucks every now n then, No room service not even tea, Both Oyo & Agoda have cheated me showing good pictures & reviews. Very rude & unprofessional staff, made me wait for 3.5hrs to give the room as i checked in by 8.30am. Disgusting place , never go there , you can get better options in the same price

Room lock was not proper. There was no towel hanger in bathroom. Towel given was in Torn condition. Water Outlet tube under wash basin was removed and in damaged condition. No hot water available

Hotel Jayalakshmi Residency is a worst choice while Tirumala darshan. No hot water , finally they gave heater coil, to make hot water in bucket. But that's too much time consuming. No TV, no intercom, no food service. You have to take a auto to reach a good hotel for food. Once you do the check in , room boys won't come to you. No towels. Totally your moods GED spoiled. Please don't ever think of staying here.

Pathetic hotel.. My husband pre booked the hotel, he reached hotel at 2:30am and they refused to give room saying we don't give hotels to single. My husband requested them where will he go in mid night but they just refused and the owner didn't even talk to him on phone. Worst hotel and worst experience. Next day he was having darshan in tirumala and they did this to him.

Very worst experience I ever had. Worst maintenance, worst atmosphere, Management cheats people and staff lots Money. Far from public transport. Even drinking water not available No proper security Rooms are not clean even doors won't work properly

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
