Super Hotel O Sarvodaya Nagar Near Railway Station

Room was ok ok but the service is very bad. There is one staff sit in the reception and he is so rude. They are not at all following Oyo ethics and rules. I booked two room for 5 guest and they gave only two towel I asked him for extra towel, I told him generally per room two towel will be provided , he refused to give he told we will give only one towel per room. Such a bad experience i faced in oyo apart from this checkout time is 11 AM they told me to checkout by 8 AM that is what they followed if I will stay after 8 we need to pay extra amount. I request OYO to verify the things properly also check do they follow all rules and regulation or not if they are following their own rule then better remove this hotel from OYO group.

I recently had an extremely disappointing stay at Kriti Inn, Puri. The experience was marred by unprofessional behavior from the receptionist, false advertising, water problems, and the inability to resolve the issues with Oyo customer care. I cannot express my dissatisfaction enough with the way this hotel operates. Upon arrival, the receptionist displayed a shocking level of unprofessionalism. They were rude, dismissive, and completely lacking in customer service skills. It was clear that they had no interest in providing a pleasant experience for guests. To add insult to injury, the hotel committed to providing air conditioning during the booking process, but during my stay, they denied providing it. This false advertisement left me extremely uncomfortable in the sweltering heat, unable to enjoy my time in the room. It is unacceptable to promise a service and then fail to deliver on it. In the morning, I encountered a water problem. The water pressure was extremely low, making it difficult to take a proper shower or even wash my face. This inconvenience disrupted my entire day and left me feeling frustrated and unclean. What is even more alarming is the suspicion that the hotel staff may have forged reviews on platforms like Oyo and Google. Upon reading positive reviews prior to booking, I expected a decent stay. However, my experience was far from what those reviews described. This false representation of the hotel's quality is deeply unethical and misleading to potential guests. Despite my numerous calls and complaints to Oyo customer care, they were utterly unhelpful in resolving the issues I faced during my stay. The lack of assistance from the hotel's management or the booking platform's support team further added to the overall frustration and disappointment. I strongly advise against choosing Kriti Inn for your accommodation needs. The unprofessional behavior of the receptionist, false advertising, water problems, and lack of resolution from Oyo customer care are simply unacceptable. Save yourself the trouble and find a more reliable and reputable hotel for a stress-free stay.
