This hotel is very good. All staff, services, rooms, etc. everything is good. The hotel owner also has a very good nature. We checked out at 11 am and our bus was in the evening, yet they kept our stuff and gave us room so we could freshen up. With any second thought go for it.

You can't feel here that you are in a hotel rather a cheap home stay feeling is there. Cleanliness and hygiene is of worst level. Nothing will be given without asking for that( towel,soap,cattle etc).Reception and amenities are worst. But if you are finding budget friendly then in 1000-1200 price you can consider it. Location is serene but you can't reach here on foot because it is on steep height. Uncle(owner) there will always compell you to eat at hotel otherwise he will react strange.

An average budget hotel, in a secluded location. Far from hustle and bustle of Nainital market. Quite and serene. Ideal for people who want a peaceful, undisturbed stay. Rooms are nothing to speak about, average stuff, but good enough if you want to stay whole day and night in the bed in a secluded place ,away from the prying eyes. No one spying on you and you can freely do your thing

Far away from mall road, you have to walk 2 km for mall road. Worst location of hotel. Owner of this hotel act oversmart taken my phone and rated 5 star for his hotel without my concern.

Dirty room we found here in summer king hotel.bathroom was full of black marks in each area,bedsheet was dirty, dustbin dirty, no fresh drinking water provided. care of guest is also not there.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
