Zero rating from me!! I booked & checked-in using Agoda application to this weird looking Hotel. On arrival I was told the hotel is full & there's no room. I was surprised with the Manager who less care about my situation, simply shuuing away saying there's no room & they have discontinued with OYO or others. I had to call up Agoda customer care who were very helpful! I wanted a refund but the hotel policy says the other that's what they told me. First of all I checked in at the property & was refused accommodation even after paying the fee saying there's no room. Second,I got to know through the Agoda executive that the hotel is now refusing me of REFUND. This is nothing but a day light robbery!! I located another hotel & checked in nearby & now they are saying they have a room to accommodate when I've already booked another hotel!! I place on record this Hotel to travellers Far & wide not to go this Hotel. Very Toxic!! Very bad experience

Cleanliness is the biggest issue in this hotel. Also the price is very high in comparison to room and services. Book only if available below 1k. Food prices are very high and quantity is less. Only The location of this hotel is good. Airport is only 2km away

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
