Informed ahead of time about early check in and 30 % more fee, when arrived created big scene about that. Had to call customer service, owner , manager and another front desk agent to confirm the room. The room has cockroaches and bed is filthy. I don’t recommend for the price and the service.

The room service was not provided and also the room was not clean. There was so much cockroaches and also the tiles of room and bathroom was very slippery. We gave keys to reception for cleaning and we gone out for exploring Hyderabad and we came at night and we saw that the room was not at all cleaned. And it was not worth. I think they should work on it. The rooms were not like shown in pictures which we can see on Google. Tv,AC and geyser are also not working neatly.

The first room given to us was infested by cockroaches , after complaining room was changed and spotted a cockroach on day 2. No service is provided regarding food basically even coffee was not available in the morning and food had to be ordered from swiggy, Prime location but you can't get any decent food and no help will be provided by the hotel regarding lunch or dinner although they have staff noone will get dinner from a decent restaurant from a kilometer distance also. P.S : The only help I got was they had kept my luggage securely till even after I checked out in the morning.

The 1 star rating is one too many for this place. This townhouse is the poster child of everything that went wrong (or was always wrong) with the Oyo model. Dirty linen: was told that this is the best linen when asked for a replacement. They replaced it with something that was marginally better Lousy service: It took forever for them to get a bottle of water. Room: Room freshener being used to suppress the stench when cleanliness should be the order of the day. The room itself was oddly designed where the TV could not be viewed from the toilet better than the bed. I can only think of one other experience (which was also an Oyo) in the last 6+ years where the stay was so painful

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
