Absolutely wonderful staff! We arrived quite late at night and were greeted with a warm welcome and drinks for my husband, me and my children. Throughout our stay, the staff went out of their way to make sure we were happy. The hotel happily accommodated our requests for drivers from the train station, and to the airport the next day. Both drivers were super friendly and made sure we reached our destinations safely. We needed an extra bed in our room, and within minutes staff arrived to set up the bed. We also ordered room service for dinner and both meals arrived quickly and were delicious. The room itself was very clean and and comfortable. The buffet breakfast had a variety of dishes that we all enjoyed very much. :)

I recently gone to the hotel for my weeding function and I must say it was a rather disappointing experience. From the moment I walked in, I felt like the staff was indifferent and unhelpful manager of this hotel was full of ego as if he run many 5 star hotel chain he was very rude when he called as i was not sure i should go with this option or not after he called me it made my mind clear i'm never going to book this hotel even i had to pay 10-K extra for any other hotel room. The room itself was a letdown. It looked nothing like the pictures online – much smaller and outdated. The furniture was worn, and the overall cleanliness left much to be desired. I found dust on surfaces, and the bathroom had a stale odor. The bed was uncomfortable, and the linens seemed old and worn every where there was very bad smell Overall, I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone. It falls short of the basic standards one would expect, and there are much better options available in the same price range. Save yourself the disappointment and look elsewhere for accommodations.

Have great experience here. Unlike other hotels it will make you feel safe and service is upto the mark for the price they charge. Good people and 100% genuine room as in images. Also try their food . It is very tasty..

One of the best hotel in Gurgaon. Huge property, lovely service. Everything was top notch. In love with the room and its view, the highway views were amazing, especially at night. Lovely welcome drink they gave, rooms were super good. Room service is quick and helpful. Rates are also not that much on a higher side if you choose the basic room.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Refund amount may take 10 working days to process to the respective account from which the payment was made during the booking.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
