Very waste boarding rooms not clean in website break fast there telling but here no break fast staff not friendly totally waste of cost don't turn this hotel side very poorrrrrrrrrr. This hotel kitchen not available but breakfast there in sites giving. Very very bad experience

This is a below average property and with below average service. There is no option to give "0" rating for this. Room and bed were not cleaned. Toilet was just like something like in public bus stand. Toilet cover was broken. Horrible experience. Complained to this to the front desk and requested to change the room. But, they didn't do anything. Pls don't opt Oyo hotels. It is better to stay on the roadside.

1. STRICTLY NOT RECOMMENDED FOR FAMILY STAY. Only 'boys and girls' are checking-in. I have stayed with family and had very un-pleasant experience in facing them. 2. Rooms are malodorous. 3. Mattress, bed rolls, pillows and towels are unclean and stained. 4. Wash room is not cleaned properly before check-in. 5. Service staff are very casual. 6. AC will run but do not expect cooling. 7. Lizards in room. 8. Very weak wifi for Online TV, Set-top box recharge will not be done. 9. Only positive is location - Very near to main road enroute Alipiri, just adjacent to veg restaurant.

Nice place, good restaurants like servana bhavan in the next building. Ample parking space in premises. Soap and water have to ask, otherwise it's not in room by default! Best to book on booking. Com for 1400, else hotel will charge 2k+

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
