Rooms are very cleaned and good and enough car parking. Desk manager is user-friendly and he is very nice person .Important TV channels are not coming. This needs to be improved. Very nearer to silk board junction.

I wanted to share my feedback regarding my recent stay at super OYO Townhouse The room itself was clean; however, the wooden floor finishing was peeling off, making it uncomfortable to walk. Unfortunately, the staff's behavior was disappointing. Despite arriving 1.30 hours before check-in, we were asked to wait until 12 pm, even though the room was available. The lack of seating in the lobby forced us to stand before the reception. After expressing our dissatisfaction, one staff member allowed an earlier check-in to avoid a negative review. The constant scrutiny of guests' movements by staff members created an uncomfortable atmosphere. Additionally, visitors were not permitted. Food cost is too High. Overall, the experience was disappointing, with staff behavior and the uncomfortable environment being major drawbacks.

It was awful. The location of the hotel itself is not very safe. The staff is very absent minded. They seemed to have a lot of issues catering to my requests and sometimes snickered ( yes they laugh ) when I recounted my issues with the room. They forget the requests for assistance completely. They confuse rooms, and knock on door with things we never asked for, but sadly the things we ask for never turn up. Also if you are ordering food from outside they won't give you plates, you have to get h them yourselves from the reception - yup sounds weird. Coming to the room. Getting the room key to work properly is a task in itself. The spread had a lot of stains on it, and so did the curtains. When asked for a change in the same, they came with another bedspread with stains, saying this is how it turns out after laundry. The washroom had the rod for a shower curtain but no shower curtain itslef. The upper lid for the toilet seat was broken. And eventually another knob for a showerhead also broke, but no assistance was provided ever. I was so disappointed and was not even sure why it was a super townhouse when none of the facilities were anywhere near good. Please steer clear of this place.

Its quality have been degraded very poorly this is my second time stay and i noticed they haven't maintained the property well earlier it was very good but now the the bathroom was not clean the jet was broken it has lost its premium feel quite disappointed

Very pathetic. Check in was denied even after pre booking the same and Oyo customer care also didn't help in this case. Just by saying sorry don't suffice the purpose. They should remove the hotel from the list of they don't cater.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
