The hotel is a scam. I have booked 2 rooms from 19.01.24 for 3 nights. However on reaching the hotel they have said that no rooms are available, however they offer us to shift to nearby property. But interesting facts that, they told that rooms are fully booked 1 months back , however i have booked the room 5 days ago. If rooms are booked why they intentionally took my booking. Also while searching reviews of the hotel, most the customer facing similar type of issues. It is better to avoid this hotel.

Initially booked a double bed for a 3-night stay, but upon arrival in the morning, I was informed that the hotel was fully booked for a wedding and was relocated to another hotel nearby. The original hotel appeared modern, but the alternative one seemed noticeably older. Although the bathroom appeared clean and the sheets were fresh, significant dirt had accumulated beneath the bed. Regrettably, cleaning services were not provided throughout the entire 3-day stay. My review reflects the bad experience to be relocated to a different hotel and the lack of service and cleanliness overall. Also, reading other reviews indicates that my relocation was not a one time error but happens frequently.

The hotel was there without the board. The receptionist was extremely rude. The kitchen was dirty and unhygienic and hence we couldn’t eat from there. We need to keep requesting for opening the main door as the staff members will lock it by 10 pm and will open by next day 10 am. Every time we need to knock their doors and request them to open it hence was extremely painful. The room was dirty and they uses old nilon bedsheets, pillow covers, towels. Bedsheets , towels were torn, when we requested for the new ones they refused saying all are like this - dirty and torn. The photos in the Oyo portal is too old but now the walls are extremely dirty. I wouldn’t recommend for anyone to stay here.

BIGGEST scammer they are . Each of the employees are fake and fraud 😡🤬🤬 If you book this hotel through the Oyo app . You pay a amount and when you visit the hotel then they ask you for extra money either sift an another low and cheap hotel . They create a drama and saying that theri room budget is very high they can't afford the Oyo app amount . Don't waste your time in this ... They all are fake and fraud employees 🤬🤬🤬🤬

Hotel room is not so spacious but bedroom is detached from the changing room that is good. Room is overall clean & well maintained. Location is very good. But the staffs are not professional. one reception boy is rude in nature but others are good.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
