My welcome at front office desk is casual. Rooms are big but not clean enough. TV non functional. Big water heater is dead. Location is outer of Kolkata. Locality is worst. Room service is there but the attendant is unprofessional.

I went there on 17th Nov. It was my birthday. So I stayed in this property room no was 209..My experience was so so bad. Can't imagine the room was so dirty. The blanket wasn't in the bed it was folded somehow and kept in cupboard . After asking so many times still they didn't even gave any towel. Staff behaviour was horrible. No attiqates no professionalism nothing.. and mostly room was so so dirty bedsheet and all was too much dirty. I will never ever recommend this property.

2 years ago I had given 5 star rating due to their room and service quality. Presently they don't even deserve 1 star. Rooms are just like a roadside cheap guesthouse. No maintenance, no good service. Just pathetic. Not recommended for any kind of stay.

I recently had an awful experience at Hotel Mannat, OYO 229 Townhouse in Kolkata. Despite booking the room two weeks in advance through the OYO app, my stay turned into a nightmare. Upon arriving at the hotel at 10 pm after a long journey, the receptionist claimed no knowledge of my booking, stating he hadn't received updates from OYO. To my shock, I discovered my booking had been mysteriously canceled on the OYO app. Despite having paid for a three-day stay, the receptionist was uncooperative and demanded an additional 4000rs for check-in. Attempting to resolve the issue, I contacted OYO customer care multiple times, only to face unhelpful responses and abrupt call terminations. The customer support was ineffective, and despite spending two hours on the phone, the problem persisted. OYO appears to be a scam, and the hotel associated with OYO engages in deceptive practices. I caution others against using OYO for bookings, as they may end up paying substantial extra amounts directly to the hotel. Hotel Mannat was a disappointment - the rooms were subpar, services were lacking, and the actual conditions did not match the advertised images. The place was unclean, with unwashed bedsheets adding to the overall unpleasant experience. Avoid booking at Hotel Mannat, OYO 229 Townhouse – it's a scam, and you'll regret staying there.

Photos are deceptive. There is construction going on inside the building. They didn't give me the remote for the AC when I explicitly asked for it, and the AC doesn't work. The bedsheets were dirty, the floors were dusty and dirty, the blanket smelt, and the room had a disgusting smell. The only cleaning that they did was to spray freshener inside the room. There was just one towel, and the shower as well as the flush didn't work. This is undoubtedly my worst experience ever in any hotel through any app, and I don't see a reason why I am gonna use this app again (OYO). P.S. I had company, there was a mouse inside the room as well.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Please be aware that fulfilling these requests may result in additional charges.

The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
