Property location not good, it is far from metro station. These rooms are of banquet hall and not good service. There was no kettle. If you book this property for 1 person they will not allow any other person to enter your room. Ideally, there are visiting hours in every hotel. if you have room on the second floor there will be continuous noise in the corridor. They charge GST on food bills and the bill they make is farzi.

1. very badly maintained rooms. worn out look. 2. No hot water as the Geyser was removed for repair and no one knew when it will be done. Had to request many times for hot water in buckets. 2. No amenities not even hangers or tissues 3. No soap for bath, asked us to use liquid soap that is fixed near wash basin away from bath area. 4. Generally a casual approach to any issue by the staff. 5. Asked to pay the room rent in advance while checking in unlike other properties that collect it while checking out.

Not worth 1500 price range, Its worth is only 800 per night only. Disadvantage i faced, 1- paint of room was shedding off. 2- Exhaust was not working that make my room full of humid. 3- Geyser was leaking that was wetting me continuously when i go to poop or urinate. 4- bedaheet and pillow cover have dirty marks. 5- not given hand towel and only gave me 1 towel for 3 days stay. 6- shower gel was so thin like water was mixed in it. 7- TV subscription was 480 pixel, and cant play youtube on tv. 8- They firstly don't gave me towel and slipper. When i asked then only one pair for 2 persons. In other words, it was worst experience of my life staying in the hotel.

Bad place to stay.. rooms were dirty.. checked out one day early.. service is pathetic.. no cleaning.. seepage in walls.. water leakage in washroom.. have lot of things to say.. won't recommend anyone to stay..

Best hotel and banquet in indira nagar for amazing experience. All preparations were better thn my expectations. Amazing food, staff service and decorations. Manager is also very active and helpful and managed everything so perfectly

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
