It is located in prime location everything is accessible nearby. Rooms were good but some cockroaches here and there. I think the management should definitely look into controlling the insects, other than that it is very cost efficient.

I'm really disappointed with my stay at the hotel. The AC wasn't working, and the fan's limited speeds made it frustrating. Had to get up multiple times in the night due to the same. The flush and fridge issues only added to the frustration. None of them were working either. When I raised concerns about the AC, the staff's response was far from helpful, suggesting I sleep with the fan on. Requesting a cleaner room also proved futile as I was told all toilets were stained. It's disheartening when basic amenities and customer service fall so short of expectations. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere for accommodation.

Hotel location is very good. Very near to metro station. Service is excellent. But the main problem was I had already hosts in the room....cockroaches. Crawling under your bedsheet while sleeping was nightmare for me. Killed a few dozens of them but still they keep coming from nowhere. I was in the last left side room in the aisle in first floor.

We had a not good experience with the hotel especially the rooms. The rooms are not well maintained. Floors are sticky. Blanket, towels that they provided are very dirty. Bathroom including the bucket and the mug were very dirty. There was no hot water available. Room service was bad too. We had to call them at least 3-4 times to get a service. The photos that are shown here are not the latest ones, they are probably the ones taken when the hotel was started. The only thing we liked is the attached restaurant and the food. Also, the locality is good and there are lots shops as it is a commercial area. We had informed in advance that we wanted to extend the stay until evening but the room was booked by others. We had to leave in the morning sadly with all the luggage. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. It’s not worth ₹1500.

Worst experience probably. Booked a room and placed a call the previous day in the hotel regarding whether I will get a room they told yes. Next day during checkin I was told all the rooms are full like you should have told me the previous day only then I would have cancelled. They are probably taking more money from people booking offline as I saw people coming in later and getting rooms allocated.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
