Wow.. I recently stayed at a hotel for one day and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The check-in process was smooth and the staff were friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and well-maintained with comfortable bedding and ample amenities. The hotel had a great location with easy access to nearby attractions and restaurants. Overall, I would recommend this hotel for a stay as it provided good value for money with its amenities and location.

Worst Oyo townhouse ever seen. Broken furniture, dirty bedsheet, dirty rooms. Don't ever book this hotel, I made this mistake by looking at other reviews. Also, if you have luggage then be ready to carry it by yourself as the lift doesn't work from the ground floor to the first floor. Don't know why people post fake reviews? Just for the information, the hotel is in the opposite direction of tourist spots, you'll find much better hotels nearby the railway station.

Owner of the property was very rude. He yelled at me when I was taking my delivered food from the reception. Hotel has notice board that no outside food allowed. But we requested the staff at the time of checkin for outside food and they agreed with me. But still owner made the argument with me and yelled. His way of talking was very bad. I will make sure not to refer this hotel to anyone. Also room was very dirty, chairs was dirty, towel was not clean. There was termite on head of bed and keeps falling on the bed and we have clean bed servel time on my own. during the stay. bathroom has no soap and shower was not working properly.

The staff is great, rooms are quite spacious and clean. You won't regret staying there. Location is also prime and nearby to most places .

Cleaning was absolute ZERO. Towels were torn. AC remote was 1 between 2 rooms They trip off the AC in the night

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
