DO NOT BOOK IF YOU ARE A FOREIGNER. They reject you saying they do not have a license and tell you book at another hotel of theirs at twice the funds which cannot accept foreigners as well. They refuse to refund you on the spot and tell you to work with Agoda but Agoda will take the side of the hotel. PLEASE DO NOT BE LULLED BY THEIR LOW PRICES. We ended up not buying their ruse and booked an Airbnb instead. Edit: they also did not reply to my email to their comment below.

I am gvk rao, aged 65 yrs. My brother aged 80 years and my sister in law aged 76 years checked in yesterday at 12 noon and I went today to meet him who was staying in room no_203. I was totally disappointed when I entered inside the Hotel. I was denied entry and was stopped, despite I told that my brother is staying in room no 203. My nephew came out of the hotel to receive and take me inside despite the receptionist was told about my locus standi. I had gone to many hotels of elite class to meet my corporate clients, and today the very hard and bitter experience I had here, never faced anywhere. They have taken my adhar copy probably to verify that I am a gentleman. Very sorry that such practices prevail and give no respect to their visitors.

Rooms didn't have essentials like Electric kettle, tea bags, toiletries. Bed linen was dirty with men hairs. All sockets were loose and We couldn't charge our phones and laptop properly. Female receptionist was not helping at all. She denied early check-in even though our booking had early check-in. She had the room prepared but still made us wait for 2 hours and started calling us 1 hour before in the next day to check out Overall unsatisfactory service and attitude of the staff. Dine area was good

very bad service, the front desk personnel, does not know anything, they refused to accept our ID, aadhhar card, they raised objection on the photo of the ID, THEY DID NOT HAVE THE SIMPLE BRAINS TO VERIFY THE ID WITH THE GIVEN AADHAAR NUMBER, Such staff are a nuisance to public,.. the management must take recognition of their useful staff and replace them with efficient staff,....

The kitchen starts at 8.30 am Will not get tea even. Rest staff are cooperate Mainly The person in the reception He comes to the room even if any issue happens. But the hotel is overall average. Complimentary Breakfast is pathetic. Altough in room dining is ok.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Please be aware that fulfilling these requests may result in additional charges.

The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
