worst experience so far in oyo. bathrooms are very dirty. all fixtures are broken, flush is not working, jet ia not working. 1800 rs me you can get much better options. i am not satisfied am checking out for other hotel

Bedsheets had holes in them. 1 king bed had 2 separate mattresses. Not comfortable at all.

Please avoid this place for your peace of mind. This is pathetic property with dirty rooms. Bathrooms are filthy and the fitting don’t work. I have to shift my parents late night at 11:00 once I realised everything is bad about the place.

I want to give 0 Stars for this stay. I booked this hotel 2 days before my trip. I arrived in the evening for check-in and the Receptionist was so rude and was telling me that the Hotel is under maintenance, we will shift you to our different Hotel. WHO DOES THIS KIND OF THING and was trying to shift me 7-8 kms from the current location. I immediately called Oyo and asked for cancellation. There were people living in the hotel and also maintenance was going on. Complete disaster and failure by Oyo.

Such a bad experience ever ! The person in reception was so rude .At time of check in the guy who sits in reception told us that the property is under maintenance please shift Somewhere else , I mean how someone is soo irresponsible and couldn't inform us . We told him that you should inform us prior to chekin he said we have already sent information to Oyo we are not responsible if Oyo didn't sent any information to you .then he said we have rooms without AC if you need then you can check in I mean who will pay 2000 rs without AC ? They should inform us prior so that our time could have need saved . This is pathetic behaviour of staff and specially that guy who sits in reception. His behaviour was soo pathetic and unprofessional.
