I feel so elated that along with my spouse I decided this property for hosting function for our newborn. This was one of the best decisions as the function was so great that all the guests from Delhi/kochi and other places were gushing over and staff is so courteous. Above all last minute requests were well attended. Totally satisfied and highly recommended. All the best to owners.

The staff have zero responsibility, rude behaviour, and shouldn't be running a hotel. Was denied checkin after receiving assurance the same morning that the room is confirmed (booked through the OYO app, and the receptionist called and confirmed as well). It seems the property is frequently overbooked and they just give rooms on a first come first serve basis. I would avoid booking in this property since there is no guarantee of actually getting a room, and the staff essentially lies through their teeth.

The Receptionist asked for extra Money for booking, though I have paid the amount online but for entry they demanded extra Money, Oyo shoul look into this issue, would have opted for better hotel at that price,If you payment is higher then 1000 then they give u bigger room , else they give you smaller room The hotel doesn’t allow out side food . Food was much expensive and low quantity. Guest not allow in room, ac not working properly, staff behavior was good

Worst hotel in Salt Lake everything is a scam here During check in was asked to pay 500 on a rupees 1400 booked room Also they don't allow outside food if you even bring some things like shopping they will search your bag to see if you're carrying food inside or not Very rude behaviour everything on their food menu is overpriced and tastes average On checkout from receptionist to security guard and service boys asks for tips Worst hotel when I denied I will pay extra 500 they started shouting and asked to cancel and leave hotel Worst hotel I hope their hotel shuts down such pathetic service to people

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
