I stayed at this place for a week. The rooms are nice and clean and the service was also good only thing is the toilet closet and the bath tap are very close by so you need to take utmost care while having bath. The property location is easily identifiable there are a few eateries nearby. They have got a spacious parking. To sum it up it's a nice play to say.

Worst experience. Agoda is automatically taking booking only for 1 adult and hotel management is asking to pay 1k extra at the time of arrival. Even their customer support is not helpful. Hotel management is very rude and charging 1k extra for early checkin even though we opted for it while booking. Room service is very bad and common area as with very bad odour.

My experience for this hotel may help: 1. The guy at reception on the day shift is really impatient, when we reached the hotel he was behind me to do the rest of the payment, had already paid 2.5k as advance and 5k was pending due to the internet issue I was unable to do the payment, so i just went till gate to get the signal but that guy started fight for not doing payment, I kept telling how should I do if internet is not there then finally after lot of argument he told there is signal problem there use our wifi, now u can imagine I with family in unknown city and all this happing and i was about to checkout but as my son was not well I just didn't do, I asked him to call his boss or owner if he is feeling there is some problem I can talk, he is like I am the incharge here . He passed statement saying " in Hyderabad we are like this" , if this is the attitude somebody carry in front desk it is very bad for management. 2. One another problem started when I switched on TV, as my son was behind us to watch cartoon, and best part in TV no tata sky no internet, when I call at reception they said everything is working, then I proved them by show nothing is working. Then there reply was in Tata sky only regional language channels works as it is Hyderabad, guys really.....? . We stayed for four days but they didn't had the courtesy to change our room regarding tv issue. 3. Small cockroaches we found in room twice. 4. Room and bathroom are just ok. 5. Bed is queen size bed. 6. It is good for those who want to just sleep at night and in the morning fresh up and go out. 7. Area was in good locality. 8. Parking was there.

Stayed here for one night. Rooms are good, bathroom is good. No work desk, and even water is charged. No restaurant in the property but there are food options available nearby. Overall clean place with parking available within the hotel. Easy accessibility from Gachibowli flyover.

Rooms are very nice and clean but service is not upto the mark. Our towel got stolen and no one even bothered to search for it. Stuff is small but it shows the seriousness of the staff.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
