It’s a wonderful experience for us. Hotel is very very clean and comfortable. Staffs are well behaved spl Manger Suresh v. cooperative and friendly with us. All the facilities are close to the location. Highly recommend this for any kinds of visit.

Service of staff is very good. Room amenities are great. They provide everything you need . Only drawback is room is too small for 2 people. However in the budget it offers it is good. Its a newly renovated property. However all the items needed were provided and that was at par with any high class hotel .

Rooms were clean and comfortable. Service was good. Thank you Mr Jaffar Cons- No food service available,not even coffee/tea. Need to get them through online orders. Area is crowded, narrow roads. DO NOT book any transport from the hotel, Mr Philip is the agent and he charges more amount than the actual.

The location of the hotel is very close to the beach and easily accessible for getting rides. The stay was extremely pleasurable and comfortable. The customer service provided is top notch. The staff here are very helpful and sweet. Always working with a smile on their faces to meet any needs of the customers. Their friendly nature makes the stay the best. One of the best hotels I’ve seen. Right from comfort till the staff behaviour

This is a pretty good hotel in the area very much worth for the money we spent. The room is compact but very cleanly. Shower also pretty nice and has really good water pressure. They provide room amenities with a plenty of bottle water and kettle which won't expect for that budget. Room also occupied with a new TV with cable channels. People who run the hotel promptly answer to your needs and staff is very polite and friendly. It is very easy access to local shops and metro and marina beach also in walking distance. Area is pretty crowded but doesn't have to worry about safety much as I even walked in the area almost midnight. The only drawbacks are unfortunately my WIFI didn't has internet connection for almost 1 n 1/2 days and they said it is because of a monthly repair by Airtel which felt little bit abnormal and the road which situated the hotel get flooded easily even for a small rain and not much recommend on a rainy day.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Please be aware that fulfilling these requests may result in additional charges.

The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Special discounted rates provided by the hotel are non-refundable. In case of cancelling any such booking, user will not get any refund in return.

Refund amount may take 10 working days to process to the respective account from which the payment was made during the booking.

Please be informed that your bank may debit its own separate charges from refunds made to your credit card or bank account.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
