Rooms are tidy and spacious. The hotel property is also nice. The rate is reasonable. Service is good. Though the water supply at the washroom is inconvenient, either the water is too hot or too cold.

I visited this hotel with family on new year. Staff was polite and helpful, service was quick and amazing, moreover their breakfast buffet was fabulous, it had everything from parathas, aaloo kachori which was my favorite, variety of South Indian, fruits, jalebi , juices shakes and much more and every thing was yummy and fresh and light. Their restaurant also had mid night menue. Their pool area was neat and clean.. I enjoyed my morning in that area peacefully. In short hotel was budget friendly, neat and clean and definitely exceeded my expectations. I would like to thank hotel staff for their service. (I don't post such reviews on my visits to hotels and resorts... but my experience with this hotel made me do this)

I wanted to give them 0 stars but i dint have option.The rooms was untidy and the service is extremely slow.We were in desperate need of a hotel room so had to adjust to it. But the hotel receptionist Rohit was asking for unreal surge charge stating its night time and there rates depends on availability and nothingness is fixed. I mean who takes advantage of tourists like this .Will never recommend this to hotel to anyone

Unclean hotel rooms. Food is not hygeinic at al, but heavily priced and not good at all. I got food poisoning in the end. Ac not working well. Towels are dirty. Room full of mosquito. Bathroom is not good at all and there is water splashing our of the bath area all over the place, making floor wet and slippery. Overall very very bad experience with the stay

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
