        Stayed 1-4 December 2023 Plus points: 1) Convenient location, just 10kms from airport (500 rupees for taxi trip) 2) Neat and clean hotel with comfortable bed and good housekeeping 3) Front desk is very helpful and prompt. They also offer travel advice. Restaurant and front office were considerate enough to pack sandwiches and fruits on request, as we had an early morning checkout and flight 4) Adequate breakfast with very good and efficient restaurant staff Minus points: 1) Rooms are quite small (but adequate for a small family of 2/3) 2) Amenities are poorly designed - The cupboard door doesn’t open fully as it is obstructed by the light shade - WC is poorly situated in the bathroom . Very cramped and near the wall. The water jet is crammed in a tiny space between the WC and wall. - Hot water geyser is only operated twice a day for a couple of hours each. The evening timings are 7-9 pm, so if you want a hot bath at 10 pm, water will be lukewarm. -The front door cannot be locked (magnet/stopper) in the open position, so one frequently gets stuck in the doorway if one has luggage 3) We paid almost 4500 per night and all things considered, I found it slight more expensive than it should have been.

        Very good hotel with friendly staff and clean rooms in close proximity to all attractions. Breakfast options mostly Indian with very limited continental options. Local road is quite busy so request a room not facing the road if you're a light sleeper. Let down slightly with issues with the heating system for the showers which takes up to 3 to 4 minutes to get decently warm water. I understand this isn't an isolated issue but will be investigated. All in all I would recommend.

        The restaurant manager says if you order food from outside and cutleries from our hotel, you will be charged 150rs for one cutlery.. that was so shocking and weired. We already informed at hotel at the time of checkin, we are booking for two days, the reception staff calls us in the room and asked us to check out just in one day. We ordered dal khichdi in the room, it was completely in a liquid form . The texture was just like a water.. One of the worst service, worst experience we had with this hotel. I would never ever recommend to spend your hard earned money here, rather then go to some good hotel, where they treat their guest well and provides you with the best services.

        Room are quite spacious and hygienic. Staff is very co operative. Modern amenities are there. Reception staff is quite humble and polite and courteous. Restaurant food is amazing 😍 Service is up to mark. Location is very convenient. Golden temple is just 2.5 km Airport is 10 km i.e 30 minutes drive. Bagha border is 50 minutes drive. Other sightseeing places are also nearby. Family hotel. Security 24/7. Must visit. Highly recommended.

          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
