        I'll explain my stay in a simple words. They don't know how to run a hotel. Even I read their answers for guest questions, All explanations are not worth after they are left, before their stay you should satisfy their stay memorable.         When we made booking we asked to the desk whether accommodation for driver. They said yes but they neglected for driver to provide it. The manager Naren reply if you want room you have to rent and we won't provide room for driver otherwise stay in 5 star hotel . Dear sir we have money to rent a 5 star room for our driver. Don't cheat any thing for money. What we learnt you guys will eat anything for money we understood.

        We book a super dulex room in sv international for 3 days..The room looked like a normal room not like super dulex room. There is no soap and towels in the room...and we bought it from outside.. The toilet is smelly and the water looked brown..there is always powercuts in the hotel and take a lot time to start the generator...when we need to complaint there is no one in the reception... So better to avoid this hotel if you want a good vacation..

        The stay was really bad. The GM attitude so bad. We are asking one thing he is giving reply in thelungu. This is we feel he shows the racism. No manners No good reply Even our family ladies speaking his attitude and eye contact also different. We never recommend this lodge for family stay

        The stay was not good. Complete average. The room is completely dirty and smell. Don't keep the name Hotel sv international, based on your service and facilities, keep the name "Hotel Sv Rural". 100% apt for your bad service. Complete disappointment....

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.
          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

          Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

          Modification and Reschedule Policy
