Rooms are decent.washrooms are clean.basic room.best part is the location.very close to the beach about 200mtrs.staff is very helpful.please take their mobile number as their landline will always be busy for room service.the entrance is a little wierd.they have parking.its chaotic.once you park your car getting it out is difficult.so plan accordingly. They have few rooms facing the sea.higher the better. The property adjacent to them is higher.

Worst Hotel I stayed in Goa till date Location :- Very near to beach is the only highlight of this hotel, the moment you enter looks really shady and hardly any place to move around, its a house extended and constructed congested rooms and very little to move around, I was in 4th floor in corner room, the road leading to this place is very narrow and only single car can pass through, the surrounding is all age old houses and not maintained well and dirty, not for couples and family strictly for bachelors as smoking is allowed inside the rooms and it was stinking most of the time. Staff:- Very layed back people, I had to carry my luggage to 4th floor , had no courtesy to carry my luggage being a solo traveler had travelled for 600 kms and all tired, since breakfast was complementary , asking for breakfast is a pain with the people, very hesitant to provide breakfast after multiple reminders they agree. Food :- although there is a inhouse restaurant but very very limited like salads and bread omelets, accidently I ordered on the arrival date , they charged 280 for prawns noddle I know this was not the actual cost but was a rip off looks like they ordered from outside the hotel. Over all not worth the price and the service offered, if you are a bachelor and have no other option and need a hotel near the beach book else not point.

This is a scam. We booked through MakeMyTrip but cancelled.This property is booked in the name of Swati hotel. Once booked they gave the booking for shree Krishna guest House which is only 1300 per night whereas they are charging way more than it.

Inside room ok but the outside atmosphere doesn't looks like a hotel... But near to beach.....Staff behaviour was good...Don't book hotel from cleartrip... While booking it takes money for something in reality it will be different... Worst experience from Cleartrip..

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Refund amount may take 10 working days to process to the respective account from which the payment was made during the booking.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
