Just a 1 day stay with family and it was amazing. Courteous staff. Good location but very steep climb if you are returning from mall road via high court. Outside sitting area is aesthetically beautiful. Overall it is a small cottage hotel but very well maintained.

Stayed in this hotel during our trip in Sep, 23. Very good facilities & rooms good enough to make your stay comfortable. The room service and staff is very quick and you won't have to call or remind again to your needs. Food during our stay was great too Plus point with this hotel is the balcony view. All the rooms have balconies with great views. Highly recommended!

Nice place... a wonderful experience of this Heritage Hotel. The Mall/Lake is not within walking distance so the Hotel provides transport, drop & pickup, to and from the Hotel until 6pm which is very convenient. Unfortunately the Spa etc.... were under renovation so missed that !!

Sir ji, this hotel is only for personal business people. If you get a taxi it's pretty much useless for those drivers. There is no place for bathroom nor even a blanket is given. If the driver died of cold. Who will be responsible, neither our company nor your company, please take a taxi, this is not in the hotel. If you tell your problem to the hotel owner, he tells you to complain. We don't care. Malik has said that if you don't want to pay anything to any driver then please bring a new taxi with your Omkar in it.

We had a 3 night stay at Swiss Cottage. I got a warm welcome to the hotel. I found the hotel room are structured with wood which made the place cool. All rooms were clean. Staffs were co-operative and helpful. Must recommended.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
