Great place for a family get together. Host Mr.Raja was quite helpful and caring. Tasty food, breathtaking view from balcony are other plus points. Road till the place was not in good condition when we went there but hopefully, this would be in a better state when we plan our next travel.

I stayed here for one night. Booked through Airbnb. First of all , this isn't a hotel or resort. It's a homestay type of accomodation. Rooms are extremely basic with hardly any amenities. Bathroom was basic and not well maintained. Quite far from main town. Roads are difficult to navigate . Food was average with extra charges for tea/ coffee and other basic things like omelette was also charged extra. The property has an extremely small triangular shaped garden where barely 2 chairs can fit. No other place to move around. There is no proper way to communicate with the caretaker. No proper phone signal there . Everytime we had to go to the caretaker's room or kitchen to ask him things. The worst thing was that the owners started asking us 40% extra charges for showing up one hour early than the mentioned check in time. That was ridiculous and not fair. They later dropped the extra charges but that definitely left a bad taste for us. Overall a very unpleasant and unsatisfactory experience. For the same price one can book a proper hotel with better facilities and food. The next 2 days we stayed in an excellent property called Villa Retreat in the town And finally our Kodai visit became lovely and cute just the way we wanted it .

We had an amazing experience with Syamantac Villa recently. Amicable host, tasty food (complimentary breakfast was too good),a well maintained and clean place, great service and most importantly an exceptional view of the valleys. This is the best place to relax, chill and enjoy nature away from the buzzing and busy city life. Thank you Raja sir for the hospitality 😊

It was a great experience staying in this beautiful place. The rooms are good and the view from the room is exceptionally beautiful. The host was very amicable. The complimentary breakfast was amazinggg. The only problem you'll face is parking, they have a car parking, but it's very downhill. That will be a problem. You'll have to be a very heavy driver, if you are riding. It's a 9/10 recommendation.

One such amazing place to stay. Balcony view was amazing! Food was great! Rooms are good. Service was good . Hot water supply 24*7. Overall had an awesome stay. Highly recommended. 👍🏻

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
