Great value for money. It's a luxury hotel. Stayed here a couple of times during business travels. Clean, comfy and well equipped rooms. Good service and hospitality. Buffet breakfast and meals are awesome with lots of variety. Two malls at 5 minutes walking distance. All of this comes at a reasonable price. Superlike and recommended.

The staff at this hotel are second-to-none. Very friendly and helpful. The room was opulent and spacious and the shower was hot and high pressure. I would recommend you turn the AC off in the room because it can make the room too cold. The pool on the roof is very refreshing and the steam room good for clearing out your sinuses. It would be nice if you could get a cup of coffee on the roof. I should also say that you can get a proper espresso in the lobby, although you will pay through the nose for it.I recently had the pleasure of staying at this beautifully decorated and modern hotel, and I must say it was an outstanding experience, largely due to the exceptional service provided by the staff. From the moment I walked in, the staff's kindness and professionalism were evident in every interaction. However, it was Richa at the front desk who truly stood out. Her knowledge, friendliness, and willingness to assist with any questions or minor issues made our stay all the more memorable. She was prompt, efficient, and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. Her knowledge, friendliness, and willingness to assist with any questions or minor issues made our stay all the more memorable. She was prompt, efficient, and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The hotel's aesthetic appeal is undeniably impressive, but it's the staff's dedication to providing excellent service that sets this establishment apart. Rooms need to be maintained much better. Housekeeping hygiene is a concern. I found a lot of hairs in the rooms. Some have a management team that is not keen to take feedback. May be over crowded.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
