One of the best holiday places to stay. We got a room with sitout and had a breath taking view of the beach and fort. The staff are very welcoming and polite. Loved their service. We celebrated my son's birthday and the staff made a lovely decoration in the garden outside our room with balloons and electric candles. Swimming pool is great. The property is well maintained although it is old. There is buggy service to sunset point and bay point which is not to be missed. Overall 5 stars for the hospitality and experience!

Gorgeous property. The whole team puts up a spectacular effort. Staff across the property is polite ,friendly and helpful. Cars ferry you, to and fro in a jiffy from your room to the lobby . The staff at the restaurant is attentive and customer oriented. Food is delicious. Overlooks the sea and is absolutely serene , calm and peaceful.

Staying at Taj is always an experience unmatched by elsewhere. The staff is outstanding , always going out of their way. At breakfast, the staff went above and beyond for some dietary restrictions and requests in my party. Zalak made our breakfast experience exceptional - thank you! We visited sunset point in the evening and were surprised to be greeted by staff waiting to give us picnic cushions and water while we relaxed. The littlest of things seem to be thoroughly planned and executed. Lastly I have to mention the huge property is pristine and well looked after thanks to the large groundskeeping staff. The beautiful acreage adds to the vacation experience. Definitely coming back!

The stay and service was amazing, no doubt. However, I sometimes question the prices for in room dinning as we paid 1/4 of the price for a similar pizza we ordered outside and I could say the difference in taste and quality. Food - Not so great (that also includes breakfast) Service - Best in class. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Amenities - Everything is available within the property and you can also access services from the sister properties too. It's a bit of a commute. However, the beach connected to the property is dirty and attracts a lot of crowd.

My stay Taj Fort Aguada and Spa has been one of the most incredible experiences in Goa. The hospitality and service of everyone in the hotel has been simply fantastic. Right from the welcome song to the smooth checkout, everything was just perfect and beyond expectations. Staff made our stay very comfortable and enjoyable. The breakfast spread, the menu options, the food was awesome and lip-smacking. Kudos to the chef. The staff at the swimming pool and at the private beach’s gate were very helpful and forthcoming. All in all a superb experience.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
