        We were there for New Year and boy what an experience. Flawless New Year celebrations - dinner , entertainment, service , ambience , a lifetime experience. The property is very beautiful and you may find more like those but the staff is simply a class in hospitality. Smiling in everything they do or say. Must go place.         This was one of my extremely memorable stays. The property is really beautiful. The beach side lagoon the boating. The beach itself the gardens around it. Various activities like kite, flying evening tea safe booty making pizza, the swimming pool, the yummy food ( very expensive though) was all really outstanding. This is a must visit place and will look forward to be here again!

        Stayed for 3 nights. Everything was top class, a loverly pool, big lagoon, on site dining options and well maintained grounds. Staff were all friendly and accommodating. It is also a safe and easy walk to local shops and Kovalam beach with many good local restaurants.

        This was one of my extremely memorable stays. The property is really beautiful. The beach side lagoon the boating. The beach itself the gardens around it. Various activities like kite, flying evening tea safe booty making pizza, the swimming pool, the yummy food ( very expensive though) was all really outstanding. This is a must visit place and will look forward to be here again!

        Stayed for 3 nights. Everything was top class, a loverly pool, big lagoon, on site dining options and well maintained grounds. Staff were all friendly and accommodating. It is also a safe and easy walk to local shops and Kovalam beach with many good local restaurants.

        Beautiful property with the highlight being the service and food. Abhiramani at the reception, and Raj & Pramod at the restaurants, are examples of the fantastic staff they have. Great live music (acoustic guitar + impressive female vocals) at Bait.

        This is a true 5 star experience. Ok you don't have direct beach access from the hotel, but if that's not important to you this is the best hotel in kovalam. Rooms are wonderfully kept, breakfast Buffett with ample options and the best afternoon tea service one can expect. Prices are fair for the caliber of the hotel and what you get
