        Hotel was being used by the Australian cricket team which meant that certain entertainment areas were not available. Was disappointed overall as I had to switch my rooms and it took 2 hours to complete. I was told to wait in my old room and they would bring someone up to move my luggage. They didn't come so I went down to reception and lots of phone calls were made. Eventually someone took me up and he tried to sneakily hide the ash tray in the room, they had put me up in a smoking room which was extremely smokey, gave me bad asthma. Had to wait 15 minutes for a table at breakfast and the quality was bad compared to other 5 star hotels in India. Waited 30 minutes for a beer by the pool on my last day. Needs more management structure and staff training to be truly a decent hotel. Will stay at the ITC next time.

        Very nice ambience, family friendly and superb service. Everyone is very nice and makes you feel welcome especially Dawn. I would highly recommend it. Very friendly management who went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The rooms were spacious and luxurious, with all the amenities I could ever need. The service I received from the staff was second to none, and they were always more than willing to help in any way they could. The food was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. Overall, my stay at the Taj palace was one of the best experiences I've ever had. Highly recommend!

        I recently stayed at the Taj palace and my experience was nothing short of amazing. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with a warm greeting from the staff and felt like I was in paradise. The grounds of the resort are absolutely stunning, with lush gardens and breathtaking views of the ocean. The rooms were spacious and luxurious, with all the amenities I could ever need. The service I received from the staff was second to none, and they were always more than willing to help in any way they could. The food was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. Overall, my stay at the Taj palace was one of the best experiences I've ever had. Highly recommend!

          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
