Working at the offices next door so this was very convenient. We visited during the recent cyclone and the staff were amazing, some of them clearly were working long hours due to the weather and must have been worried for their families but service was superb and everyone so friendly. We enjoyed the food at match point and ate many good meals there. My room was great, very clean and well specced and I enjoyed the balcony. I would stay here again if working in Chennai. Thanks for a wonderful stay despite the difficult circumstances.

This was not only one of the most impressive hotels I have ever experienced, but the staff made it something we will never forget. The management was amazing throughout our stay. The food was superb. The ambience was not only a reflection of the hotel, but of the beautiful people of India. We will be staying here again next year, no doubt. A big thank you to the entire Taj staff, you are amazing.

This is relatively new property i used to stay in Club house earlier which provided very good services.This time i wanted to checkout Wellington. The reception staff is very unprofessional here. Even the room service is slow and poor. Once i had to leave my dinner to collect a parcel which the reception refused to take without checking with me. It was a very essential delivery which they should be having at hotel only at first place. Also during my reservation confirmation i informed the reception that i will be paying partially by gift voucher which they said is fine but during checkout they asked me to pay full amount in cash. Receptionist even pretended to check my voucher mockingly when i insisted. Other than these issues everything was good. Very happy with the restaurant and the staff, had all my meals there and it was worth.

We stayed here with our family for 2 nights. The staffs were very friendly and helpful.Cleanliness was 10/10. food was delicious and all the staffs of the restaurant and chefs were so caring that they were keep on asking for food choices and whatever my 6 year old son was saying to cook, they were cooking and giving with smile. We loved super awesome services of the restaurant manager Mr Anuj Jha. Next time if we will come to Chennai , this is our place to stay, full of comfort and luxury.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
