        Simply abhorrent experience. Apart from breakfast, everything was really disgusting. The rooms were not at all maintained, you could actually see the Molds coming out of the walls, AC was not at all working, the soiled towels were provided which even caused allergy. Washroom was really bad. It was very smelly. The rack inside the washroom was broken, toiletries were not up to the mark, the tissue rolls which provided were soaked in water. Moreover there were all kinds of insects, spiders, and mosquitoes too. Additional plight included disruption in water supply during night time which caused a great deal of inconvenience. The geyser wasn’t working at all. Last but not the least, the staff was really uncooperative and lazy. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone.

        In Nov-2017 I had stayed at this hotel with my friends. It was quite new at that time and we had a great experience. Considering that, this time I didn't check even the reviews and directly booked this property for 3 nights. However my experience was not good this time. If I had not paid the amount in advance, I would have checked out the very next day. Here is my review ============ Good things: ============ - Location is good. Lakshman Jhula, main road and other eateries etc are at walkable distance from here - Staff is helpful and cooperative. They listen to you and try to solve your problem asap with the available resources - Every room has a balcony & it really helps, as you get natural sunlight. Upper rooms have a better view - Generator was available - Hot water was available 24*7 ================== Improvement Areas: ================== - Hygiene and cleanliness is their biggest problem right now. We stayed in Room no. 101. The floor was so dirty that it was impossible to walk barefoot. It was not broomed or mopped at all - Washroom was smelly. We could clearly see the dirt on the bathroom tiles as if they have not been cleaned since 2017 - There was no dustbin in the room. There was just 1 dustbin in the bathroom (below the washbasin). So every time we had to throw something, we had to enter the bathroom - Given towels were not clean. One of the towels was almost on the verge of getting torn off - We asked for a doormat which we could place outside the bathroom door. The doormat given to us was so dirty that our feet used to get dirty on using it - No lift. So could be difficult for senior citizens / people with disability Rooms on the upper floor are a bit expensive than the lower ones. Their situation could be better, but I can't say for sure. Till they improve their cleanliness part, I will not advise you to stay at this hotel. With friends, you might be able to manage somehow. But definitely not recommended for families

        Worst experience ever. NO AC, NO GEYSER, NO WATER, NO CLEANLINESS, FULL OF BUGS Rooms AC was not working.. got the room changed, that rooms geyser was not working. Bathrooms are like public toilets.. very small, smelly, and not properly cleaned. You can see fungus growing on the walls of the room. Staff was super lazy, you cannot get anything from them done in less than 2 hrs, whether it is getting the room cleaned or simply getting towels. If you are booking this hotel, be prepared for bugs, roaches, spiders everywhere. The towels were not properly cleaned, I got an allergic reaction because of that. The geyser in the room was also jot working. If you are a late nighter, you are not going to get water in the washroom post 11pm. The only decent thing was the breakfast. That's why the one star, otherwise this hotel is not even worth that. Boom if you only want a roof on top of your head.. NOT at all recommended for families or couples.

        Really nice hotel, well maintained, clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. I kept extending my stay because it was so lovely, the rooms are also a really good size. It's set back slightly from the road but can be a bit noisy in the evening.

        Stayed with Family in October 2023. The moment we entered, the door got locked from inside and could not get opened even after the staff tried for 30 mins (and it was 11:30 PM). Then we were asked to jump the balcony wall (we were at 2nd floor and the wall opening was very tiny) to change the room. I was with kid. I simply refused as one step there, we could simply fall down to street. Somehow we managed to cross the boundary wall to enter other side and could change the room at around 12:30 AM. The room and Bathroom was not very clean but we were too tired to complain. Morning we had to ask for water as there was none. Utter Chaos and mismanagement. Location is really good and views from Balcony is also very beautiful, but our entire experience got ruined due to poor maintenance, poor cleanliness and careless attitude of management staff. We informed them 10 hours in advance about our arrival time and yet such carelessness. However my special thanks to those hard working staff boys who helped us to "cross the boundary wall" and change the room. Without them, we could have locked inside our room for whole night and God knows when they could get it opened.

          Modification and Reschedule Policy
