Such a worse experience that i had on my trip to India. I would never recommend this place to any one. A really run down place. One person can get sick if stayed there for more than an hour. We had booked two nights. But had to run away to book another hotel as we cannot stand the smell of the toilet inside the room. Bed sheets were too dirty. Used tea bags. Very Unprofesional staff. No manners at all at the front desk. Our money wasnt refunded for the second day that we had book. Photos on the website doesnt justify the actual place.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Taraji Resort Hotel & Restaurant in Ayodhya, Uttar Pradesh, and it was a delightful experience. The rooms were spacious, clean, and tastefully decorated, offering a perfect blend of comfort and style. The staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere throughout my stay. The attention to detail in service was commendable, making me feel truly valued as a guest. One of the highlights was the on-site restaurant, where I indulged in a variety of mouthwatering dishes. The culinary offerings showcased the rich flavors of the region, and the presentation was impeccable. Dining with a view of the picturesque surroundings added an extra layer of enjoyment to each meal. The resort's amenities, including a well-maintained pool and relaxing spa facilities, added to the overall experience. Whether I was lounging by the pool or enjoying a rejuvenating spa treatment, the tranquility of the surroundings enhanced the sense of relaxation. In terms of location, the Taraji Resort is conveniently situated, allowing easy access to Ayodhya's key attractions. The staff was knowledgeable about local points of interest and provided valuable recommendations for exploring the area. Overall, my stay at the Taraji Resort Hotel & Restaurant was a memorable one. It's an ideal destination for those seeking a peaceful retreat with top-notch amenities, excellent service, and a taste of authentic local hospitality. I highly recommend this resort for a restful and enjoyable getaway in Ayodhya.

Tara ji Is the Best hotel for guests, family or individual use. I have used their rooms for my business and family parties. Staff Behavior and services are best compared to other nearest hotels or restaurants. we have visited 45+ times for my business and family parties and it was always a great experience. The Hotel teams are very professional and experienced in their field so we have never faced any inconvenience anytime. Room sizes, Cleaning and interior design are awesome 👍. Personally I love this hotel in Ayodhya. Thanku Harshit Singh for good behaviour.♥️♥️

I went there for dinner with my family. The service was very poor. The restaurant staff was unprofessional. They were prefering their know customer either if you are waiting since long for your order. They were not ready to listen atleast. At the last they served the food in disposal utensils, and said main utensils is not clean. Food quality and taste also was not good. Think twice before visit.

very bad behaviour and slow response. They talk on the phone very rudely, won't reply to mail either, and they talk like they are doing some kind of mercy on us just by talking to us, never going to stay, or calling them the worst resort ever.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Please be aware that fulfilling these requests may result in additional charges.

The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Special discounted rates provided by the hotel are non-refundable. In case of cancelling any such booking, user will not get any refund in return.

Refund amount may take 10 working days to process to the respective account from which the payment was made during the booking.

Please be informed that your bank may debit its own separate charges from refunds made to your credit card or bank account.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
