The hotel is awesome with very clear room and beautiful location. The service of the hotel is also good but i have felt one problem i.e hotel entrance way is very high and no stairs are available there. This should be made easier for tourists who stay in this hotel.

Very poor management and experience. The staff was extremely rude. They didn't even let us checkout late inspite of us willing to pay extra. They didn't even allow an extra chair in the room. Highly disappointed. Will not recommend this hotel to anyone, specially the ones traveling with kids and aged folks.

Don't get into the trap of a promotional lucky scratch voucher for "The Travel Train" At last they offer nothing and a spam card of discount voucher won in your so called scratch card. It's a spam and waste of 45-60 mins.

Best location with worst management…. We have really wasted our money… We have booked 5 rooms for 5 nights. We travel to new destinations one a year mostly in December but this was the Worst experience till date. What was promised at the time of booking was totally opposite what we got at the hotel. They charged us exponentially because of December peak season but what we experienced was of low standard. • Rooms are pathetic. • Unprofessional staff. • low grade food • Rude management Worst 31st December night event. Local low grade DJ playing songs on YouTube (on mobile) on low grade sound system. Overall rating is negative. Don’t waste your money. Instead try other better options on Mall Road. Don’t be fooled by the booking staff. What is promised is not what you get. Beware.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
