It was overall good place for vacation with family. If you come in group you will enjoy otherwise it may be a boring experience. Mostly all activities are chargeable other than cricket, badminton, carrom, table tennis and volleyball. Though charges are minimal and reasonable. It’s next to village so if you are booking normal room then you may get village view on one side and resort view on other side.

We as a family of 12 were in Tatsarassa for 3 days. Below was our experience which is divided into what went well ans what was not good: What went well: The property is beautiful, clean and rooms are spacious. A big thanks to housekeeping staff as they were really polite and helpful. What did not go well: So many points but i will try to list a few here: 1. The staff at reception needs a lot of training. They were rude and were unreasonable in charging extra costs like for pick from railway etc. We paid the price but they need to be trained to address guests queries or objections. The reactions are derogatory. 2. It was new years time but restaurant was short of staff on the 1st Jan. With 4 kids we waited for around 1.5 hours to get our lunch all because staff was overworked and were serving owner of the resort and their friends. We paid double of the general price to relax on a new year but were left dissatisfied with cranky and hungry kids. Even the manager of the restaurant was unable to help. 3. There was no ambulance or extra car/ cab available for emergency situations. We had a case and wanted to rush to the hospital but had to ring up outside cab service to get one at 4 am. Please note they have a lot of private vehicles but nothing can be used to help guest in need. Overall, i think they need to prioritize interests of guests above everything and train the staff for a comfortable stay of their guests.

Extremely Beautiful,clean,lush green,serene and calm with the lake following in the front. Quite spacious and clean rooms. Courteous and friendly staff. Good and variety of foods. Little bit expensive but must recommend for those who want to relax for couple of days.

The best holiday destination in udaipur. We went to the place by activa from udaipole and it was a worth drive as you get to see the ranges of arrivali in your way. The resort has great ambience..gave us refreshing and calm feeling.Room were spacious and perfectly ventilated with pool view. We choose a off road jeep drive with Mr. Inayat. Drive was amazing and we loved the company and hospitality of mr.Inayat ,he guided us about history of udaipur. In all lovely place, Superb Food, Great staff support and hospitality. Highly recommended....

Despite branding itself as a five-star hotel, our stay here was far from luxurious. The bathrooms emitted a nauseating sewage smell, and the unclean, stained bathtubs begged for renovation. The evident lack of hygiene and maintenance reflects poorly on the establishment, casting doubt on its claim to five-star excellence.This place falls short of its proclaimed luxury status and barely reaches the standards one would associate with a three-star rating.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Please be aware that fulfilling these requests may result in additional charges.

The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
