Tatvam resort is located on one of the better roads leading to Lansdowne. Located amongst pine trees, this is a peaceful property with tastefully designed cottages. The staff, service and food make the experience even more worthwhile. If you are heading to Lansdowne, do spend some time here.

Hospitality at its best. Admist the nature's abode , beautiful property , aesthetics well taken care , CLEANLINESS 💯 and the food is amazing . Lot of parking space. Didn't feel the need to step out to explore outside . Every cottage has a valley view . Sip your tea and submerge yourself in this quaint environment . Above all BEST PET FRIENDLY property. All staff were very concerned about my pets (cats) well being all the time . Very polite and nice people here . Enjoyed my quite time and the scenic trail, THANK YOU .

A Paradise Amidst the Himalayas - Nature's Retreat! We were a group of 14 people ( 10 adults and four kids) who went to tatvam resort in Lansdowne. It had been quite a enchanting experience at this breathtaking resort nestled in the lap of the Himalayas. We started from Gurgaon at around 6 am and were in tatvam by around 12:45 pm. This included a transit break of an hour. The journey was quite good. The resort's location is simply awe-inspiring, surrounded by the majestic Himalayan mountains. The scenic beauty that greeted us every morning was like a painter's masterpiece. The crisp mountain air and the soothing chirping of birds created a serene atmosphere. The cottages were huge and almost double the size of other resorts and hotels. We are quite finicky about the quality and cleanliness of the washrooms and their toilets are as good as one can find in a five star hotel. One of the highlights of our stay was the outstanding food. The resort's chefs skillfully prepared a variety of delectable dishes, including tantalizing local delicacies. Every meal was a delightful culinary journey, showcasing the rich flavors and ingredients of Uttarakhand. I highly recommend trying the local delicacies such as Pahadi Chicken and Jhangore ki khir , as they truly offer a unique and authentic taste of the area. The chef and the staff was able to handle different requirements of our group which had people from the age of 10 years to 79 years. tatvam resort's commitment to providing an immersive experience in nature is commendable. Firstly they organized the jungle safari and we could explore the surrounding wilderness and encounter the diverse wildlife that calls this region home. The resort location is excellent as the place from where we boarded safari jeeps was only around 20 minutes drive from our car. From there we boarded jeeps which took us to the Corbett National Park.The safari was a thrilling adventure that left us in awe of the natural beauty and biodiversity of the Himalayas. In all we had a great experience and we look forward to coming there again.

A unique resort centered in mesmerizing lush green pine forests..you have to be there to experience the tranquility around. Spacious rooms, yummicious food, excellent service and a friendly staff who very well managed, and took special care of the notorious gang of twelve. Perfect for families, friends and corporate getaways.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Please be aware that fulfilling these requests may result in additional charges.

The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Refund amount may take 10 working days to process to the respective account from which the payment was made during the booking.

Please be informed that your bank may debit its own separate charges from refunds made to your credit card or bank account.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
