Beautiful heritage bungalow. The property is well maintained even though its so old. Charming interiors and neat rooms. On First day the room assigned to us was dampened with moisture due to rains. We had to change rooms in the middle of the night. Second room ‘Cochin’ was excellent. Spacious room with large clean bathroom and a private balcony overlooking the pool. Food is below average. Breakfast is also skippable. We went to other cafes around for good breakfast and dinner options. The Porto O bar opposite to it is excellent. Staff is very polite and helpful. Overall, for 4k-5k this property is well worth it.

It’s nice old heritage hotel with all modern amenities. It has only 10 rooms and property is quiet and relaxing. Pool side view and s nice. Breakfast service is slow but good food. Location is nice.

This was really cute hotel. There is only about 10 rooms. The service was also really good, they helped us book a backwaters tour super last minute on the day. The only main downside from our stay was that the WiFi did not reach our room and we would have to be just outside our room in the lobby/restaurant area to get WiFi. The location was very nice too in fort kochi walkable to many places. We didn’t have time to try the breakfast but we did have some snacks which were just average. There are many good restaurants nearby.

In the heart of Kochi - walkable to everything. Staff are lovely and breakfast was amazing. Rooms old world colonial charm. Didn’t use the pool. Service exceptional. Recommended

Stayed at the Tea Bunglow for about 5 days. It was an incredible time. The property is heritage and comfortable. The staff and service is good special shout out Malini, Ancilla and Shibu for making the stay memorable 😊

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
