The hotel has good views from the balcony area. The dinning area also has good views. But the food taste needs to be improved and the hotel should be more flexible and adjust to the needs of guest. Didn't have a pleasant experience with the hotel staff and manager.

Overpriced hotel with poor facilities! Its 10km before main munnar. They call themselves a budget hotel but charge 7k for 3 people per night. The breakfast menu is below average. There was no AC or fan for the 3rd bed. There are mosquitoes so you need to get your own allout machine. The rooms smelled of cigarettes. I asked them to spray some room fresher but they ignored my request. Rooms are not cleaned on time.

Rooms, food etc. are excellent. Only problem is parking your car & bringing the luggage from car. They can't manage the parking area & boarders has to face numerous problems. I, a senior citizen, has to bring the luggages from my vehicle by myself and the front desk personals instead of helping me, arguing with me. Their front desk personals have lack of training how to behave with the boarders/ guests.

Amazing place with an outstanding view and an equally hospitable and helpful staff. Food at the restaurant was finger-licking good ... Took us some time to enjoy our meal anywhere else. We highly recommend staying at this place.

The location is Good but the reception of the hotel is on the 5th floor so if your room is below 5floir it's a basic room only The hill station view is not good from below the 5th floor The hotel has only buffet service in the restaurant .no doirmetry for drivers

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
