My recent stay at the Tea tree suites was exceptional. From the moment I arrived, the staff were welcoming and attentive, ensuring a smooth check-in process. My room was a delightful surprise - spacious, immaculately clean, and comfortably furnished. The attention to the amenities provided was good.Dining at the hotel was a pleasure, with a variety of delicious options catering to all tastes. The standout feature, however, was the staff's dedication to guest satisfaction. The staffs are polite and welcoming be it in the front desk or the in house dinning restaurant. The single executive room made my stay truly memorable. I would highly recommend Tea Tree Suites to anyone visiting Manipal and look forward to my next visit.

A new hotel with good rooms and excellent service, i am sure with time they will develop and grow into one of the best places. The stay was very much value for the money. Their rooms do lack some basic needs, but i am sure they will catch up as they go forward. I stayed in a premium suite, The room was spacious, with an excellent view and a big balcony . Things i missed were, full view mirror, mini fridge, being suite it should have an induction with some basic utensils, in the name of the mini kitchen, they just had a kettle, chimney and a sink. The restaurant is also good and with sensible pricing. You will surely love your stay here... Just ask for rooms with a good view.

The food was good. Laal murgh tikka brunt chilly chicken was really good with a sweet and spicy taste. We were first timers but had a great time with amazing ambience and service. The service was excellent Sunita.....was an excellent person to be served by. Thank you so much for arranging a candle light dinner

We stayed in the hotel for just one day on 25th December. The location of the hotel is excellent. Rooms are very well maintained and the staff is very courteous. Special thanks to Jayashree for all the help and support. I feel the restaurant food quality and the spread can be better. Also, a hotel of this size need to have a coffee machine to be able to serve black coffee. For black coffee drinkers it's total disappointment.

New and Well maintained place. They are underselling the such nice property. Their premium rooms got the amazing view. Service is top notch, especially Front desk team along with Raghvendra. Most places in this price range fails to provide good breakfast but this place is top notch with very good breakfast and guest service. Location stands out as well.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
