I wanted to express my gratitude for the wonderful experience. The lodge's serene surroundings and FC well-maintained facilities made my stay truly enjoyable. The staff's hospitality was exceptional, and their attention to detail did not go unnoticed. The rooms were comfortable, and the view from my accommodation was breathtaking. The variety and quality of the food served at the lodge's restaurant were impressive. I appreciated the effort put into catering to different preferences and dietary needs. Overall, Tehri Retreat Lodge provided a peaceful and rejuvenating escape. I will certainly recommend it to friends and family looking for a tranquil getaway. We had the best time at Tehri Retreat Sursingdhar by Himalayan Eco Lodges. Location: You get a panoramic view of the Himalayan ranges to your left and the sunrise to your right. You can easily spend a day trekking and marveling at the beauty this place has to offer. It’s away from all the hustle and bustle. Just you and nature. Our stay: We stayed in a villa which was spacious, had all amenities, especially 24/7 hot water supply, and a beautiful garden. They have rooms for every budget. Staff: Exceptional service. Always available for us and served us delicious home-cooked food. Our utmost gratitude to the staff, especially Amit and his team. I’m definitely coming back again, without a doubt!

It was a wholesome experience. Property is beautiful and has rooms for every pocket. The location is prime and view is amazing. One can experience a sneak peek to the snow capped mountains of Himalayan range. Good food at reasonable price. Dependable and dedicated staff. Planning to visit their other properties as well.

My trip was planned for the 15th of August weekend getaway, but due to health issues I was unable to travel, so in lieu of an advance payment I received a credit note for one month, and I visited after one month and everything was awesome, whether it was the service or the location. It is an extremely beautiful place to visit. It is ideal for individuals who are seeking peace and quiet. The food was good. The staff were very cordial. Overall experience was amazing.

Wonderful stay. I had an amazing time here. I wish I could've stayed longer. If you're looking for a place away from the crowd, Tehri retreat is your place. Food and service was superb. Anil will take care of all you need. NB: You can definitely take a stroll in the nearby woods

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Please be aware that fulfilling these requests may result in additional charges.

The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
