Rooms were clean and service was great! The location made it very easy to visit nearby local restaurants on foot. Beach access is relatively close. Did not need to hire a scooty. The swimming pool has unobstructed views. Overall a great experience. Highly recommended.

Very well maintained resort, super clean swimming pool, very efficient and polite staff. The only suggestion would be to equip the rooms with a place to hang wet towels and swimming costumes since keeping them outside is not allowed. We had a great stay, thank you to everyone especially from the breakfast and housekeeping teams.

Amazing hotel in Morjim. Rooms are pretty decent. Their service is really good. Best part is the food. Be it breakfast menu, or any food item you order. Room service is quick. Nice pool area- both for kids and adults. They have their midnight menu options also. So you don’t have to worry if you come late and still feel hungry. The moment you just come out of the lane, you will find lot of shops nearby for goa local shopping. Lot of places to eat nearby.

Very bad experience with the cab drivers around this place, they effectively harass and blackmail you to take their over priced cab rates, Beware of your safety before picking this resort. Unless otherwise you planned to walk on your own towards airport. I complained to the hotel staffs they did not bother to help Reply: Goa taxi union is not a official law body. and last i heard India is still a free country. I actually left the place and went to nearby restaurant, they followed me like gundas and waited outside the restaurant. I stayed in two resorts during my trip to goa, did not face any issues in the other place.

The hotel is clean and comfortable. The staff are very friendly and helpful, however there's not a lot to do in Morjim unless you are willing to hire a scooter or car to self drive or you have to rely on taxis who you have to negotiate a price to go anywhere.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
