Has cool convention spaces for gatherings. Loved the food. However some dishes like ice creams were served in plates. Which wasn't expected of a luxury hotel. Wish they paid attention to the little details like the cleanliness of the cutleries and their appropriateness. Though car parking was fine, two wheelers seem to be clumsy and on the pavement. Which is both a public nuisance and a safety concern. It doesn't look good either for the majestic hotel to stand behind that. Hope they consider removing it.

a big disappointed no way its a 5 star. highly charged for a very basic rooms, not even desk to keep your bag hence need to open the bag on floor.very disgusting smell on corridors which made my stay horrible. instead enjoying stay, I ended up struggling with headache and burning eyes and took painkillers and slept the entire day in headache. they charged the full pay.ent upfront and never responded when I request to check out early and refund. all floors are smelly. furthermore next to our room floor polishing work was going on and still they allocated room without thinking customer comfort. never recommend this hotel and it must be graded low. bathroom is very old and bathtub looks dirty. bed is not comfortable at all. feels 2 star hotel bed, not 5 star. could not sleep the entire night yesterday.

We went for Vegetarian buffet. Atmosphere was so good. I can see some rude during service, when I tried to take starters from the table. They said starters will be served to your table. I typed very politely here but when I heard that was absolutely rude. They're only concentrated and respected who booked the table to check what's next, we were there but no importance given. Food is good but Service Guys to be trained properly. Thanks.

Just checked in a few minutes ago but already absolutely impressed. From the pick up from the airport by their EXCELLENT chauffeur to the welcome received at reception - 5 stars all the way! Couldn't get over being served fresh fruit & refreshing cold bottled water as well as being handed fresh towels immediately after pick up from our chauffeur. Now that's 5 star service 👌 Will be posting again during my week's stay, but I'm already blown away!!!

We celebrated our 1 year old baby girl's birthday here. We were a party of 10 with 3 kids. The staff at accord was professional throughout right from booking. Our booking was easy and confirmed via WhatsApp. They also provided a complimentary chocolate mousse cake which was TASTY! On the day off, we had staff help our party and give us a good area in the restaurant. They accommodated different preferences. My mom prefers jain vegetarian, so the hotel staff brought freshly prepared food. The buffet was GREAT - lot of options and each one was tasty and fresh. The staff that supported was amazing! He was patient, handled the chaos created by 2 babies and 1 2 year old really well. He handled each request professionally. I highly recommend the Accord for any family celebration. In addition, the accord is kept clean and is super nice to hang out in. Thank you Accord!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Please be aware that fulfilling these requests may result in additional charges.

The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
