No option fr negative marking, else have given the same, there is renovation going on and they are nt taking a break fr that at afternoon, why we book hotels n pay, is it for relaxation or such stupid noise. On request also they didn't took a break, even every society takes a break of maintenance work in the afternoon so that people don't get disturbed. Very very very bad experience As per your reply you paused the renovation after 5 pm so how does it help us, our vacation and after noon nap is already been spoiled by the noise, even after so many requests you guys didn't bother to take any action and now even if you are taking a two days break from your work how does it going to help us, our vacation is already being spoiled. We are a family with kids and non of you bothered to take any gesture.

Rooms are clean and housekeeping service is good but the people on reception are not very welcoming. No instructions shared during check-in like how to use Wi-Fi or other facilities. Their facial expressions suggests they're not interested in any guests. Housekeeping people were nice and courteous. They just need to hire a well mannered staff for the reception. Apart from that, the rooms were nice and well maintained. A good hotel in the main market area.

*Pure Veg Restaurant* The place is just behind the bus station and also near the railway station. The place offers only vegetarian options and doesn't allow non veg parcels too and is very strict regarding this. They have a lift inside so people with much luggage don't have to worry. All the rooms have AC, wifi and a TV. They have a swimming pool up on the terrace. It also has a child area for kids and people who don't know how to swim😅. They have their own parking and approx 6 vehicles can fit in at one time.

I went there with my family into their restaurant which serves amazing mouth watering thali and along with other north Indian food delicacies. I tried thali which was a rajasthani one. It was one of the bestest thali's i ever had. Every food item in the thali was delicious with it's perfect balanced preparation. I personally enjoy less spicy and less oily food which was only their preparation, so i had a great feast which didn't put me into any guilt as it tasted great along with maintaining the nutrition factor.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
