The Hotel is situated on the Mall Road giving an advantage to hop around for some shopping and scenic beauty. The staff was really polite, courteous and helpful. The food was very good and overall had a nice stay. The road was pretty steep to reach the hotel.

The Amparo is great budget hotel. Hotel is situated in centre of Mall road. A good thing about the hotel is that, every room scenery is beautiful. Hotel staff is quite cooperative, Rooms and washrooms are neat and clean. . Hotel provides pick and drop facility which is really useful. Overall it's one of the best choice for budget travellers.

Hi all, recently i had a trip to mussoorie and i booked the hotel amparo by pearl adventure. Very first day on 10th June my husband, my 10 months old daughter and I reached there. Following are some points which I want to highlight about the hotel. The hotel is situated at very steep down the hill. It was little difficult to drive the car to hotel. But i guess all the hotels have same kind of parking space. Our room was superior doon valley view. Room was clean but still some dust was there. I asked the hotel staff to clean the room again as i have a toddler. Staff cleaned the room again without any argument. Bathroom was spacious and clean and hair dryer towels and vanity kit was available. Food was good we did all our dinner in the hotel only. Food didn't made our stomach upset. Really good food. For my daughter i asked the staff to make food all ingredients given by me. They made the same food as I've said. Terrace was very spacious and view was beautiful. We went arround 11 and staff turn on the lights for us. Breakfast was okay not so many options. Best thing about the hotel is the cable car activity is just beside the hotel. Last day they arranged the driver to drive the car till Mall road.

The best hotel in Mussoorie. Good location with very excellent hospitality! The staff is friendly and very helpful. It's very hard to say anything negative about this outstanding hotel. Choose it for its uniqueness. Great staff, lovely guest rooms, fabulous dining. I'm looking forward to coming back and having another amazing experience with them!! I strongly recommend this hotel!

Rooms and hotel service is very good and also the staff are very helpful and the property is totally worth the money. Great view from the roof also from the balcony of some rooms.. Although the location is on a mall road but to reach the hotel you have to face a very bad route also there is a charges of 150 rs to enter in the mall road which should not be applicable to the guests whose booking is in the hotels of Mall road.. so every time you go to your property you have to give unnecessary 150 rs to enter..

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Please be aware that fulfilling these requests may result in additional charges.

The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Special discounted rates provided by the hotel are non-refundable. In case of cancelling any such booking, user will not get any refund in return.

Refund amount may take 10 working days to process to the respective account from which the payment was made during the booking.

Please be informed that your bank may debit its own separate charges from refunds made to your credit card or bank account.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
