All's well that ends well - had a good 3 day stay here. The rooms are good, but have some space for improvement. The food is excellent and indisputably best at the price. It's also easy to roam around nearby - simply rent a bike and enjoy.

Our experience was very unpleasant. It’s not like a hotel. When we reached the hotel, there was nobody at the lobby to help us to take our heavy luggages inside. The room allotted to us had no window and no ventilation. Even basic facilities like electric kettle, tea/ coffee pouch and drinking water glass were not provided. On top of that there was a clock hanging on the wall which was not working. The room is so tiny but the bathroom is comparatively better. However, the breakfast was very good and tasty.

A perfect place if you are in Udaipur as a tourist. The hotel has a range of bunk beds and luxury rooms with access to a lush swimming pool in the middle of the property. Since the hotel was a theatre and they've converted it into a club, it flaunts itself as the biggest club in the city. The sound system and the experience is really unique. If you are not looking for a quiet evening and want to dance yourself out, this is the location to be in. The staff is very cooperative. They cleaned our room at 2 am and provided pillows within 2 minutes of our request. This is not a hotel, it's a vibe.

If we can give a minus rating to this place it is worthy of that. We have been traveling a lot of places but this place is just like a rotten tommoto. The staff didn't have the dignity to ask for a glass of water to it's guests before check-in. We have been told that water will be only provided after the check-in, Imagine a person in the hospitality industry saying this to his Guests. The room wasn't ready past check-in time, no one helped us to get our luggage, and only after continuously asking they provided a single person to carry 6 persons luggage. We have a 1-year child with us and they didn't offer a glass of water to him also. The staff was rude and misbehaved with us. The person on reception and the manager were playing pool table while we were struggling to get our luggage. They charged more for child's food and when we asked about it, the manager shouted at us, saying " Tu abhi ke abhi paisa bhar. It's in our policy to charge for food. It's also give best service to their Guests. But they did not obeyed their policy. We had the worst experience and we suffered a lot mentally, and emotionally. They had ruined our vacation and they didn't even shared sorry until we were fed up and checked out from that horrible place. I WILL NEVER CHOSE THIS PLACE FOR ANYTHING , PLACE IS GODD BUT THE STAFF IS HORRIBLE.

Terrible hygiene, worst treatment by staff I've ever experienced. The bedding was visibly unwashed for who knows how long. The staff was super rude & didn't even make the faintest attempts at helping, I actually got lied to by them multiple times so I'd stop complaining. I can only 100% agree with every bad review here, and I really suspect the good ones are mostly fake. And by the way, if you hope the Hosteller chain will try helping in any way, forget it. Honestly, don't book with that franchise at all. They will shamelessly ignore you and usually, you can get an actual hotel for the pretty hefty amount they charge for private rooms.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
