A safe and romantic place which comes near the lake and has an easy access to lake and other main areas in Kodaikanal. The garden area was very nice and we were able to get tea whenever we needed for a fair price from canteen available within. We loved the food that we got here and was charged a reasonable price which was very helpful as we went during rainy time.

Except the location, nothing is good about this place. Room service or any service, so to speak, is non-existent here. And, everyone in the staff has short term memory loss, it seems! You ask for a coffee, the forget. You ask them again, the forget again! You ask them once more time... You guessed it! They forget it one more time! Be ready to do all the room service yourself, including getting water, blankets, or food, if you're planning to stay there! And, there's more to it!! Rooms and toilets with no locks (for natural sceneries?), leaking wash basins (waterfalls, may be?), and internet that doesn't work (Full-on relaxation) are all surprise add-ons of the package. Don't get fooled! That's all I can say!!

Fud was not properly provided and it was not that good. Didn't got what was expected. Surroundings are not much nice. Not much privacy.... If you really want to go to a best resort go to kanthalloor sandal casa resort. Sandal casa is the best resort

Pleasant stay! Location is right before the lake some 5-10mins. The property is tucked away from the traffic and noise. But doesn’t have any view as such. The lawn and lots of plants around make it pleasant. The food provided was really good. Prices are resonable!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Refund amount may take 10 working days to process to the respective account from which the payment was made during the booking.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
