        We stayed at Avenue Regent as a part of a Wedding group. The Wedding was held at the same location. Excellent service and very high standards maintained by the team. The food deserves a separate review altogether. Great place to have the best of Kerala food.

        No sound system is there in the hotel. For people planning to do a music program here, pls take your own sound system. There is no management even to help manage the sounds. Very bad audio system setup and management. It was surprising to know that there is not even a feedback speaker for the singers which is the minimum expectation.

        Great place to stay when in Central(?) Cochin. Well appointed big rooms and very accessible as it is on M G Road. Tariff I thought was higher because of New Year. Stayed only one night, but would not mind going back.

        We had a family reunion and booked several rooms at the Avenue Regent. The rooms are large and spacious and clean. What stood out for us though was the hospitality and customer care. We stayed there for 5 days and from checkin to checkout the service was amazing. I highly recommend their breakfast buffet. Our family came from all over the world and everyday there was such wide variety of dishes to cater to everyone’s needs and tastes. A special shout out must be made to the staff both at the restaurant and front desk. We had two different medical emergencies, and on both days the Avenue Regency team stepped up so quickly and effectively. They were discreet and efficient and turned what could have been a serious situation into a manageable one. I particularly want to highlight Binu and Tony at the restaurant and all the staff at the reception desk on Jan 1st morning. Your care and timely support and follow- up after meant a lot to all of us. With much gratitude for a fantastic experience.

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.
          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
          Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

          User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.
          Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.
          User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.
          Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

          Modification and Reschedule Policy
          Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.
          After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
