        The price of the hotel varies from person to person. They NOT HAVE a quality check on the foods that you pay for. Someday they will give you a loads of French fries for two and some other day they will serve you so less that it wouldn't even suffice for two. Also the rooms are very moist. The next of the arrival my phone stopped charging. Then I noticed a moisture alert on my phone.

        I have very bad experience of this hotel due to following: 1. Towels were not fresh and torn. 2. Bed sheets were not fresh. 3. There was no place in the bathroom to either hang or keep any cloth. 4. Floor of the room was not properly clean. 5. The front desk employee had very rude behaviour. When I informed him the issues and requested him to provide feedback on the aforesaid issues, he told to give feedback on social platforms. When I informed him that feedback is for improving the services at the hotel itself then only he provided me the feedback register. 6. Due to poor services I cut short my stay there but they charged me nearly full amount for all days of my booking.

        7 January dinner was superb And today's lunch was awesome. Staff very polite and very curtious. Food was excellent we'll recommend others. Room no.303 All star is the best

        The price of the hotel varies from person to person. They NOT HAVE a quality check on the foods that you pay for.         Rooms aren’t very clean. Don’t have all the amenities or missing like teakettle. Had to ask and wait for hours for toilet paper. Location is good but the price they charge doesn’t worth it. Free breakfast is also has limited choice.

        The lady in dining hall Ms Krishna is an excellent lady with very good behaviour. Her courteousness makes a guest feel very comfortable. The food in the hotel is good and fresh. Overall it is a pleasant stay

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.
          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
          Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

          User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.
          Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.
          User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.
          Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

          Modification and Reschedule Policy

          After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
