Just visited last 2 days. I want to suggest/ share my feedback. 1. Due to rainy season rooms temperature gets down. even bed and blankets get cold. So there should be an heaters in the rooms. 2. Tea/ coffee machine not working. 3. There should be Clear communication with visitors before booking. 4. Overall all good and we will try to visit again and hoping this should be in a place. Thank you.

Room Service: It:s a joke. Never responded to me. Management: Very poor. They do not take any action on my complaints Meal: Road side hotel provide better quality and taste than this hotel. Rooms: Damaged furniture and AC. Cockroaches are permanent members. Staff behaviour: Full of attitude. Location: Very unsecure place. Dusty and damage road to reach this hotel. I never saw any security person on the main gate. It is very expensive.Looks like all positive comments for this hotel are paid or from there own employees. Worst experience: they told my 6 yr child to leave game zone at 9pm with very bad behaviour and as per their notice board time of game zone end at 10pm.

There were no special planning as compared to the charges that they have taken for 31 dec - 2 Jan food quality was bad and limited options and dinner timing issue also till 9.30 pm means seriously on a vacation they want us to eat early? And the breakfast were same for 3 days and also no options for desert and also no fruits available and in dinner they were keeping dal khichdi rooms were also satisfactory

it was really fun, whenever me and my family stay at bharat hotel Mahabaleshwar we enjoy a lot. Devang bhai the manager is also really friendly and helpful in every case. The food is amazing each and everyday they have different variety which is really fantastic. The rooms are really clean, the ambience is elegant too. The service is outstanding. I recommend it hundred percent. Families should definitely visit for relaxing and enjoyable days.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
